Enquiries and enrolment
An enquiry does not guarantee a place in a batch. Student placement, frequency and programme recommendations may depend on class, curriculum, current level, goals, availability and the diagnostic assessment.
Diagnostic assessment
The diagnostic is a standalone paid service intended to identify current understanding and learning gaps. Its fee is not automatically credited against later tuition. The assessment and report are educational evaluations, not guarantees of a particular mark, rank or admission outcome.
Teaching services
Classes may be provided in person, online or in a small batch as agreed before enrolment. Students are expected to attend punctually, complete assigned work, behave respectfully and use appropriate equipment and internet access for online sessions.
Fees and payments
Current fees are shown on the fees page or confirmed directly before booking. Payment timing, included sessions and any programme-specific conditions will be communicated before payment. Bank, UPI or payment-provider processing may be subject to third-party terms.
Scheduling, cancellations and changes
Scheduling and any cancellation, rescheduling, credit or refund terms are communicated for the relevant service before booking. Please provide as much notice as possible when a student cannot attend. Swastik Maths may reschedule a class when necessary and will communicate the alternative arrangement.
Educational outcomes
Teaching is designed to improve understanding, accuracy and exam preparation, but results depend on attendance, practice, prior knowledge, effort and other factors. No specific score or academic outcome is guaranteed.
Materials and intellectual property
Original worksheets, reports, lesson materials and website content are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. They may not be sold, published, recorded, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. Third-party textbook and examination materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable website use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, or reproduce its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
